Appointments are released on a rolling 60-day booking calendar and can fill quickly. If a date appears unavailable or grayed out, there may not be an appointment available for that date. We recommend booking in advance and checking the booking site for newly available appointments or cancellations.

Yes. If your preferred appointment is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. Waitlist notifications are based on cancellations and openings and do not guarantee an appointment. Please keep any existing appointment you have booked until another opening is confirmed.

Yes, provided there is enough consecutive availability on the schedule for both services. Because each service requires dedicated appointment time, we recommend booking in advance when scheduling consecutive manicure and pedicure appointments, as availability for these appointments may be more limited.

Most clients return approximately every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. Your ideal schedule may vary depending on your natural nail growth and the condition of your nails.

Lengthening is available when appropriate. Because lengthening requires additional appointment time, it must be selected when booking rather than requested after the appointment has already started.

Nail repairs can be performed when appropriate. Repairs are available as an add-on to your service and can be added when booking your appointment. If you have questions or need assistance selecting the appropriate add-on, please email Masking Perfection Nails.

Not necessarily. Existing product can be assessed and removed or reduced when appropriate. Product applied by another salon may require complete removal depending on the product and its condition. If you would like to start with a clean slate, you can book a removal service when scheduling your appointment.

Soft gel removal is included with your pedicure service. If you arrive with product from another nail salon that is lifting, compromised, or needs to be fully removed before your service can be safely performed, additional removal will be required at an additional cost. If you know that you will need product removed before your appointment, please email us at maskingperfectionnails@gmail.com in advance so we can update your appointment and reserve the appropriate time for removal.

If existing product is significantly lifting or compromised, it may need to be completely removed before a new service can be performed. Product removal may require additional time and cost. Masking Perfection Nails uses professional nail products selected according to the needs of the natural nail and the service being performed. Product selection may vary rather than using one product for every client.

A Russian Pedicure is a detailed dry pedicure focused on precise nail and cuticle care. Unlike a traditional spa pedicure, the service is performed without soaking the feet.

Yes. Clients are welcome to bring their own regular nail polish when appropriate for the service being performed. If you plan to bring your own polish, please email maskingperfectionnails@gmail.com before your appointment so we can ensure it is compatible with the service you booked.

Hyperhidrosis does not automatically prevent you from receiving a nail service. Please email maskingperfectionnails@gmail.com before booking so we can determine whether any service adjustments are needed.

If you have concerns about the condition or health of your nails, a consultation is required before booking a service. Please email maskingperfectionnails@gmail.com first so we can assess whether the service is appropriate and advise you on the next steps.

Masking Perfection Nails requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within the grace period, your appointment may be adjusted to fit the time remaining so it doesn’t affect the appointments booked after yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we can’t accommodate the appointment, it may be canceled, and you’ll still be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Yes. A valid card on file is required to book. Depending on the service, a $25 or $30 deposit may also be required at booking, and the remaining balance is paid at your appointment.

Yes. Once your appointment request is reviewed and approved, GlossGenius sends your confirmation and reminder messages before your appointment. Follow the instructions in those messages, including replying “YES” when confirmation is requested.

To maintain a focused, professional service environment and keep appointments running on schedule, please attend your appointment without additional guests or children unless otherwise approved in advance.

Cleanliness and sanitation are an important part of every MPN service. Tools, implements, surfaces, and the service area are cleaned and disinfected according to professional salon sanitation practices between clients.

Please arrive on time with your hands and/or feet completely dry and free from moisture. Before your appointment, please refrain from applying lotions, oils, creams, or other moisturizing products to the service area. If you have existing product, a broken nail, need additional length, or require anything beyond the service you originally booked, please email maskingperfectionnails@gmail.com in advance so we can ensure the appropriate service and time are reserved.

The Perfection Pass is MPN’s priority-booking option for eligible clients. It allows members to reserve appointments further in advance than the standard rolling booking calendar.

Eligibility requires completing at least one Russian Structured Manicure with Masking Perfection Nails. Enrollment is offered during designated enrollment periods and is subject to availability.

Perfection Pass members receive priority booking up to six months in advance, allowing them to plan their appointments beyond the standard 60-day booking window.
